About Lily:
Lily graduated with Honours from St. Thomas University in 2023, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She joined the clinic as a part-time neurofeedback technician in the summer of 2024 and is currently pursuing certification with the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance. In addition to neurofeedback, she is skilled in conducting Quantitative electroencephalography’s (QEEG’s) as a way of viewing people’s brainwave activity and understanding their symptoms. Before her role at the clinic, Lily worked full-time on a mental health crisis line, which solidified her passion for helping others by providing a safe and supportive space for those in need. She continues to serve as a part-time supervisor for the crisis line, all while planning to further her education with a master’s degree in social work or counseling.
More than just my work:
Outside of her professional life, Lily enjoys immersing herself in nature, figure skating, playing with her cats, and exploring her love for music.
