About Marwah:
Incongruency within oneself can result from a battle between heart and mind- I aim to navigate you through your journey and help you establish an overall sense of balance.
Through my therapeutic approach, I aim to provide clients with an environment that makes them feel comfortable, respected, understood, and recognized. I encourage them to discover factors which contribute to their struggles, while providing them with the emotional freedom to disclose free of judgement. I strive to provide clients with the safety to explore, understand and heal underlying trauma and unmet needs which are impacting their life.
I work with adults and teens facing a variety of challenges including trauma depression, anxiety, and insomnia/sleep issues. These therapeutic services are offered in both English and Arabic.
