About Megan:
Megan is a Counselling Therapist, Biofeedback Clinician, and Certified Music Therapist. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Music Therapy form Wilfrid Laurier University in 2013, and has since completed a post-graduate program in Neurological Music Therapy through Colorado State university. Megan is currently working towards BCIA certification in Neurofeedback.
Experience:
Megan has experience supporting a variety of populations including children, youth, and adults with mental health challenges, complex trauma, PTSD, developmental and intellectual delays, dementia, and acquired brain injuries.

Megan’s eclectic therapeutic approach incorporates trauma-focused CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), biofeedback, neurofeedback, and creative interventions such as music and play, all grounded in a strengths-base perspective.
