About Nyah:
I recently graduated from UPEI in 2024 where I obtained a B.A. majoring in Psychology. With nearly two years of dedicated experience at SVR, I am passionate about advancing mental health and well-being. As an Equine Specialist, I have gained insight into unique therapeutic approaches that foster growth and healing in individuals. Recently, I expanded my expertise by becoming a neurofeedback technician. I am currently pursuing a master’s in counseling, furthering my commitment and deepening my knowledge and skills in the mental health field.
Experience:
Two years working in mental health at Serene View Ranch as an equine specialist, working alongside mental health professionals. I also have experience with scoring, interpreting, and administering psychometric testing.
More than just my work:
I love outdoor adventures, from hiking and horseback riding to walking my dog. I value spending quality time with friends and family.
