About Taylor:
Taylor is a Counselling Therapist (CT) with the College of Counselling Therapy PEI, a Board Certified Biofeedback Clinician (BCB) with the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA), and a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200-level. Currently, she is pursuing certification in Neurofeedback (BCN). Taylor graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University receiving a Master of Music Therapy in music-centered psychotherapy, also completing specialized training in Neurologic Music Therapy.
Client Focus:
Children (10+), youth, and adults with developmental/complex trauma and attachment-related issues, PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
Types of Therapy:
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Music Therapy, Biofeedback, Neurofeedback, Mindfulness, creative-based/play-based therapies.
Taylor’s work centers on the brain, mind, and body connection and is grounded in client-centered and trauma-informed frameworks to create a safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive space to support individual’s development, health, and well-being.

In her free time, Taylor enjoys practicing yoga and exploring nature with friends, family, and her golden retriever pup, Fenway!
